This is the story of my late father, Haji Muhammad Umar, whose vision, courage, and unwavering dedication laid the foundation of Gujjar Dairy.
He devoted his life to delivering pure, fresh milk with honesty and integrity. Through countless challenges, long days, and personal sacrifices, he never compromised on quality or the trust of his customers. He believed that a business is built not just by selling products, but by earning people’s confidence.
Although he passed away in 1997, his values continue to guide us every single day.
Today, every bottle of milk, every pack of butter, every drop of lassi, and every jar of desi ghee carries forward the legacy he started over five decades ago.
This documentary is our tribute to the man who transformed a dream into a trusted name and inspired generations to continue his mission.
