MALAKAND DAIRY CONSULTANTS (“MALAKAND DAIRY CONSULTANTS”), having its head office at Bakhta Thana, Malakand through Dr. Shahab Ali Shah, Chief Executive Officer, hereinafter referred to as MALAKAND DAIRY CONSULTANTS (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context include their successors and permitted assigns);

Regional Sale Manager
hereinafter referred to as “Waqas Raza” (which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context, include his legal heirs, executors, administrators, successors and permitted assigns);
WHEREAS:
MALAKAND DAIRY CONSULTANT is working for the promotion, development and improvement of the dairy sector in Pakistan While focusing initially in KPK, for which it provides consultancy and advisory services under its Model Farm Program;
The Said Company has requested MALAKAND DAIRY CONSULTANT to provide consultation and advise in respect of their products in his farm management services to farmers,and in other stake holders related to livestock field and promote the company available products in the region.
MALAKAND DAIRY CONSULTANT has agreed to render services as mentioned in paragraph 3 above to company.
NOW BOTH PARTIES HEREBY AGREE on the following terms and conditions in consideration of mutual benefits:
MALAKAND DAIRY CONSULTANT shall work jointly with the company for promotion of its products in Malakand while covering whole KPK.
