Slow-cooked for hours, this intensely flavored and yummy biryani, infused with freshly ground spices, is a house specialty. Served with freshly chopped kachumber salad and zeera raita, with dried Aloo Bukhara and a flavorful green chili for a meal hard to forget.

And for our meetha, the cream is whipped beautifully and slightly sweetened with homemade condensed milk and yummy crunchy fruit with a topping of freshly baked crumbs.
