Chicken Kachori banane ke liye humay Chahye
Maida - 2 cup
Namak - 1 tsp
Oil - 1/2 cup
Pani - 1/2 cup
Kachori bharne ke liye zaruri samagri:
Chicken - 1 cup (ukhay hue)
Pyaz - 1/2 cup (bareek kaat kar)
Hari mirch - 2 (bareek kaat kar)
Adrak lehsun ka paste - 1 tsp
Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
Lal mirch powder - 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
Namak - swaad anusar
Oil - 2 tbsp
Kachori banane ki tareekh:
Ek bade bartan me maida, namak aur oil ko acchi tarah se mix kar len.
Thoda thoda kar ke pani daal kar goondhte jayen aur ek soft dough tayyar kar len.
Ab ek chota bartan lekar isme chicken, pyaz, hari mirch, adrak lehsun ka paste, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, namak aur oil daal kar acchi tarah mix kar len.
Ab ek tawe ko garam kar ke isme thoda oil daal kar chicken wala mixture daal kar fry karen.
Jab chicken pak jaye to use thanda hone ke liye side me rakh den.
Ab dough ko belan ki madad se bail len aur usme chicken wala mixture bhar den.
Kachori ko ek taraf se pakar ke press kar ke ek choti gujiya ki tarah bana len.
Ab ek kadhai me oil ko garam kar len aur kachori ko medium flame par fry karen.
Kachori ko golden brown hone tak fry karen aur phir tissue paper par nikal kar serve karen.
