Role Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Export Manager to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and expanding our export operations. The role involves close coordination with production and logistics teams, ensuring timely shipments, maintaining compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and developing strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all export operations and international shipments
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries
Ensure full compliance with export laws, documentation, and customs regulations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with buyers and suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and optimize the export supply chain
Identify new export opportunities and market trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or a related field)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Management or a related FMCG role
Strong understanding of export regulations, compliance, and documentation
Excellent communication and cross-cultural negotiation skills
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics operations
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
