Our farms are located in Pakistan’s best dairy regions with year round ideal farming conditions. We are passionate about our land (like all organic farmers claim), our pastures and our cows. a unique on-the-farm milk bottling operation offering high quality fresh milk directly from our own dairy cows. OUR COWS:
Our heard is Holstein and Holstein /Jersey. Our dairy cows are given food, which is grown on our farms for strict control. OUR MILK:
Our Dairy’s low-temperature vat pasteurization method allows us to heat our milk at a lower temperature for a longer period of time, eliminating harmful micro-organisms but leaving valuable enzymes untouched. While most milk undergoes homogenization, ours does not. Anyone who grew up on a farm or before homogenization was common, will tell you that cream gives milk a clean, full-bodied flavor and is the most desirable part! Frismo is a whole milk in the natural state and has a cream layer that floats to the top. And last, but by no means least, our philosophy of doing things “as nature intended.”
