Corriander- handful
Salt-3 tsp
Tikka Masala-4 tsp
Paprika-2.5 tsp
Garlic Powder-1 tsp

Cheese for topping

Capsicum-1 medium
Onion-1 medium
Corns-optional
Salt-1/2 tsp
Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder-1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder-1/2 tsp
Oregano-1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder-1/4 tsp
Olive oil-1 tbsp (substitute- any oil)
Soya Sauce-1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce-2 tbsp
Cheese (mixture of shredded mozerlla and cheddar)
Tortillas- mini 8

*Sour Cream*
Cream-1 pack
Lemon Juice-1.5 tbsp
Corriander (fresh, as per taste)

Oil to brush the pan.

A girl once ordered food for her mother-in-law… and somehow the situation escalated to “food poisoning”, refund demands, threats, and deleted messages.

Running a food business teaches you that genuine complaints deserve accountability but manipulation and intimidation are a completely different thing.

And honestly? Sometimes customer service also means having boundaries.

I once had to throw away 100 chicken lollipops because of load shedding and an old freezer.

Back then, I started my business with whatever equipment we already had at home. And honestly? I still believe you do not need perfect conditions to begin.
