Ghar par mazedaar Chicken Biryani bananay ki asan recipe aur video links darj-zail hain:
Zaroori Ajza (Ingredients)
Basmati Chawal: 1 kg (30 minute bhigo kar 70-80% ubaal len)
Chicken: 1 kg
Dahi (Yogurt): 250-300 grams
Pyaz (Onions): 4 medium (golden brown fry kar len)
Tamatar (Tomatoes): 3-4 adad (chopped)
Adrak Lehsan Paste: 3-4 khanay ke chamach
Masalay: Namak, lal mirch powder, haldi, dhania powder, aur garam masala powder
Khushbu ke liye: Podina, hara dhania, hari mirchein, zarda rang, aur kewra water
Banane ka Tarika (Recipe)
Marination: Chicken mein dahi, adrak lehsan paste, lal mirch, haldi, dhania powder, namak, aur thori si fried pyaz mila kar 30-60 minute ke liye rakh den.
Korma Taiyar Karen: Ek degchi mein tail garam karen aur sabut garam masalay (dar-chini, laung, bari elaichi) dalen. Ab marinate kiya hua chicken shamil karen aur tamatar daal kar tab tak pakayen jab tak chicken gal jaye aur tail alag ho jaye.
Chawal Ubalein: Ek alag bartan mein pani, namak, zeera, aur thora sa sirka ya lemon juice daal kar chawal ubaal len (yaad rahe chawal 1 kani kacha ho).
Tah Lagana (Layering): Degchi mein pehlay chicken korma ki ek teh lagayen, phir ublay hue chawal phailayen. Is ke upar fried pyaz, hara dhania, podina, aur zarda rang (pani mein ghola hua) daal den.
Dam: Bartan ko achi tarah dhak kar (ya foil se seal kar ke) 10-15 minute ke liye halki aanch (dum) par rakhen. MASHA ALLAH zabardast biryani teyar ab ap try kr skty hain
