Today on the breakfast menu: Berries and Cream Oatmeal (thanks to the last raspberries and boysenberries in my freezer 🥳).

Made with rolled oats, water, and Barista Oat Milk (2:1 ratio), shredded coconut, mashed berries, coconut sugar, Manuka Squeezy honey, a pinch of cardamom, and a pinch of salt.

Topped with Smooth Peanut Butter, chopped roasted almonds, coconut cream, and more berries 🫐

Pro tip: mash some berries into your oatmeal base for a rich berry flavour and vibrant berry color 🩷
