Happy 251st Birthday, U.S. Army!
Today we honor the brave men and women who have served with courage, honor, and sacrifice since 1775. As a U.S. Army veteran, I am proud to be part of a legacy of service that continues to inspire generations. Thank you to all who have worn the uniform and answered the call to serve.

On this Memorial Day, we remember with deep respect and gratitude the brave brothers and sisters of the United States Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
Today, we stand in silence to honor those who never made it home.
To the heroes who gave their lives in the line of duty, we offer our deepest respect, love, and honor. Their sacrifice represents the highest price of freedom and will never be forgotten.
Behind every name, there is a family that mourns, friends who remember, and a nation that lives because of their courage.
Today, we do not celebrate war…
Today, we remember those who gave their last breath for others.
May their memory live forever in our hearts, and may their legacy continue to inspire generations of service, unity, and humanity.
Eternal honor to our fallen heroes.

Today, we do not remember with sorrow… we remember with honor.
On this National Vietnam War Veterans Day, we raise our voices in respect for a generation that answered the call with courage, discipline, and unwavering commitment.
You did not just serve…
you carried the weight of a nation during one of the most complex times in history.
And today, your legacy stands strong.
We honor every Vietnam veteran —
for your sacrifice, your resilience, and the character you forged every step of the way.
And with the highest respect, we also honor those who did not return.
Their service cannot be measured in words…
it is honored through memory, legacy, and our unwavering commitment to never forget.
We also honor their families —
those who waited, who stood strong, who supported, and who continue to be pillars of strength.
Because service is never carried alone… it is always shared.
Today is not a day of sympathy.
It is a day of recognition.
Of earned respect.
Of national pride.
We honor it yesterday, today, and always.
Welcome home — always.
With respect and gratitude,
PTSD Farming & Workshop

If we stay united like when we serve, we defend something more important: life. Call your brothers and sisters; that call saves someone who is on the brink of the abyss. And I want you to know that you are not alone; we are family!

A soldier with PTSD fell into a hole and couldn’t get out. When a SNCO walked by the Soldier called out for help, but the SNCO yelled back, “Suck it up son, dig deep and drive on,” then threw him a shovel. The Soldier did as he was told and dug that hole deeper.

A Senior Officer went by and the Soldier called out for help again. The Officer told him “use the tools your SNCO has given you”, then threw him a bucket. The Soldier used the tools and he dug the hole deeper still and filled the bucket.

A psychiatrist walked by. The Soldier called, “Help! I can’t get out!” so the psychiatrist gave him some drugs and said, “Take this. It will relieve the pain and you will forget about the hole.” The Soldier said “thanks” and followed his advice, but when the pills ran out he was still in the hole.

A well-known psychologist rode by and heard the Soldiers cries for help. He stopped and asked, “How did you get there? Were you born there? Did your parents put you there? Tell me about yourself, it will alleviate your sense of loneliness.” So the Soldier talked with him for an hour, then the psychologist had to leave, but he said he’d be back next week. The Soldier thanked him, but he was still in the hole.

Another Soldier , just like him, happened to be passing by. The Soldier with PTSD cried out, “Hey, help me. I’m stuck in this hole!” and right away the other Soldier jumped down in there with him. The Soldier with PTSD started to panic and said, “What are you doing? Now we’re both stuck down here!” But the other Soldier just smiled and replied, “It’s okay, calm down, brother. I’ve been here before..... I know how to get out.”

No matter what you’re going through, you are never alone.

But don’t be too proud to SHOUT OUT!, ‘HELP I’m stuck in this Hole’ …...

We all get stuck in a hole from time to time but all it takes is to ask your battle buddies for help and we will be there even if we have to jump in that hole with you. 🫡

Charles G. Speight was a U.S. Navy veteran and one of the last surviving Navy fighter pilots of World War II, who passed away at 103 years old. A symbol of American courage and sacrifice, he dedicated his life to defending freedom and later inspiring generations with unwavering patriotism, honor, and love for country—reminding us that freedom is earned, protected, and passed on through service.

As we close one chapter and open a new one, our hearts are filled with gratitude. Thank you to everyone who walked alongside us this year—family, friends, community, collaborators, and allies. Every gesture, every word, and every act of support planted something meaningful along the way. We step into the new year with faith, purpose, and a renewed commitment to keep growing, creating, and serving through love, the land, and the shared table. May this coming year bring health, clarity, conscious abundance, and many moments worth celebrating together.
May unity, hope, and the will to do good always guide us.
Happy New Year. Onward and upward—together.
