Met each other around 2015 in “Disidentes” Carlos de la Cruz tattoo shop. We had similar interest in home brewing and craft beers, planning a home brew together, happened naturally. After our first pale ale home brew disaster... we took some brewing lessons with Puerto Rico home brewer William Norris @ Caribbean Brewing in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The home brews became consistent, making beers on a
weekly basis and daydreaming about opening a brewery. Before opening our brewery, we wanted to gain experience in the brewing industry. Both worked in breweries in PR and USA, starting as canning line operators, cellars, assistant brewer and ending up as brewers. Adrian ended up working as brewer for Wicked W**d Brewing in Asheville, NC & Juan ended up working as brewer for White Labs Brewing Co in San Diego, CA. After many failed attempts with different investors, we decided to gather around our savings and launch our brand and recipes in December 22, 2022. We are still looking for an investor to make our micro brewery dream a reality in Puerto Rico.
