Located in the Bravos de Boston area, Casa Tucepi is a 10 min walk into Isabel II. El Yunque and the south Puerto Rico rain forest, to the East Culebra and St. Thomas, and to the West, magnificent sunsets night after night and then the twinkling evening lights of Isabel II appear. intained, Casa Tucepi is very comfortable. Inside, the home has three bedrooms each with its own private bath, a “great room” combines living and dining with a fully equipped modern kitchen. The master bedroom suite (A/C optional) has a king-size bed and a private deck. The two other guest rooms can be set up as twins or kings at your choice. Outside three levels for outdoor living welcome you. A deck runs the full length of the living level. Half of this deck is enclosed and set up for outdoor dining, reading and just getting out of the sun. There are stairs down to a 16 x 16 foot patio level. An additional set of stairs lead to the pool deck area and swimming pool. The vistas from all three levels are breathtaking. All linens are high quality 100% cotton for your comfort. Box springs and mattresses are new and comfortable. Bath towels, blankets, and beach towels are also of high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking enjoyment. There is a BOSE AM/FM CD WAVE system integrated with a 32" flat screen HD TV and DVD for music and just in case you want to see what is happening in the rest of the world. Internet access is satellite/ Wi-Fi and you'll get the password from Linda on arrival. Casa Tucepi has a fully equipped laundry with a new washer and dryer. A whole house water purification system has also installed. There are mats, chairs, and coolers for picnics on the beach.

Things are coming together at Casa Tucepi. We have electricity, the pool has been cleaned and is up and running, and minor repairs have been made. We hope to be ready for renters this summer!!! The island is coming back! VIEQUES Strong!!

Casa Tucepi took a bit of a hit but the house is fine. No real damage inside. Lost a lot of trees. Cleaning up now and waiting for electricity before returning this winter. It will be fine but will take some time to get back to what it was. But ...we always have the fantastic view!!
