One of the things we pride ourselves on is the quality and freshness of our spices. We almost exclusively use single-origin, fair-trade spices from Burlap and Barrel. Their integrity and commitment to their partner farmers and clients is truly commendable.

Today I received an email from them about their new Mexican chili powders. Take a moment if you have it to read about the journey and determination it took to bring these peppers to market.

It makes me very proud to buy these spices to use for the food we cook for you. Every one of their spices is sourced with the same care and love as these chili peppers. You can taste it in every dish.
