The Menu:

1. Canapé: Tuna & nori
2. Starter: Duck breast & carrot
3. First Main Course: Fish, tiger prawns & shellfish broth
4. Second Main Course: Iberian pork & crispy kale
5. Dessert: Hazelnut, brown butter & caramelised pear

Today was day 2 of catering for 22 ladies, and we prepared a BBQ featuring:

-Marinated chicken
-Ribeye steaks
-Iberian pork
-T-bone steak
-Caprese salad
-Oven-roasted potatoes
-Tuna tacos

We prepared a dinner with seasonal ingredients, featuring:

* Roasted pumpkin with tahini and pomegranate
* Salmon with a panko Parmesan crust
* Butter-seared potatoes

* Date and toffee cake
