Also 1/2 day sausage making classes, learn the theory and practical side of sausage making and then take away 2kg of your own homemade sausages.

We have two packs of six Chip Shop style spicy Saveloys for sale, €6.50 per pack.
These Saveloys are made with the traditional casings brought over from England, they are not linked in the usual way, but each one is tied with butchers twine. They are pre-cooked and just need gently reheating.

Another fabulous review for our Smoked Jalapeno & Cheese sausages, so pleased to have happy customers.

Good morning Fiona and Steve, as we say in the US, your sausages “ Knock it out of the Park!!!!!” The cheddar/ jalapeño sausage was absolutely amazing. We just ate it with some crusty bread and a arugula salad with some fried potatoes. Flavor profile, texture and smoke were perfection. Can’t wait to make some gumbo with the andouille. My Dad would probably faint if I told him your sausage is better than Jacob’s in Laplace , Louisiana. Anyway, thanks again for the wonderful sausage. Madeline and Eric
