Inspired by my visit to Jeremy Clarkson's Diddly Squat farm shop, we're trying something new, delicious smoked olive oil.
Our smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed from beautiful Portuguese Olives and has then been gently smoked over alder and beech, giving a delicate & slightly sweet smoke flavour that doesn’t overpower.
Our oil is a bonus for cooks looking to add a little extra to their food. Perfect for drizzling over grilled or roasted vegetables, into dips and pasta or perhaps added to marinades or dressings for a unique taste explosion.

I was so lucky to attend a workshop given by the Clarkeys. It was sausage making from a to z. Well it was a wonderful day out. Really fun and I got to learn the process, from grinding the meat, spice blends for the various sausage types, to stuffing the casings. Steve and Fiona are so knowledgeable and there are so many tips I came away to document and remember. My sausages came out so professional. My two varieties were Lincolnshire and Breakfast pork sausage. I will be back to learn more soon. Thanks Fiona Clarke

We have two packs of six Chip Shop style spicy Saveloys for sale, €6.50 per pack.
These Saveloys are made with the traditional casings brought over from England, they are not linked in the usual way, but each one is tied with butchers twine. They are pre-cooked and just need gently reheating.
