After a night of carnival magic, morning finds me in a small bar with vermouth and a bowl of rich Galician soup, thick and comforting as tripe stew.
Come with me. We’ll begin in Baiona with wine, wander the medieval streets of Vigo, and finish sweetly in A Coruña.
