A dream for lovers of Cabernet Franc — subtle, deep, and unapologetically pure.
Mephisto doesn’t scream. It hums — dark berries, silky spice, and just enough tension to keep you listening.

On the nose: wild blackberry, strawberry, redcurrant, a touch of white pepper and smoke.
On the palate: smooth entry, taut yet charming mid-palate, velvety tannins, soft spice, and elegant length.

🍒 “Like grenadine — but for grown-ups.”

L’Ext’hase is Gamay from 70-year-old vines rooted in the calcareous clay soils of Charnay and Rivolet, in the southern part of Beaujolais.

On the nose — raspberry, cherry, wildflowers, and pink pepper.
On the palate — vivid, lively texture with fine, grippy tannins and bright acidity.

This wine feels like a picnic with attitude:
a touch of wildness, a bit of tenderness, and all of it real.

📦 3850 bottles
🍾 100 magnums
🍇 20 days of carbonic maceration
🪵 9 months aging in oak barrels
🌙 resting in stainless under a waning moon
🌿 spontaneous fermentation
🧪 only 10 mg/L of SO₂ added before bottling
