In 2009 I discovered my passion for baking when I first started my Christmas cake showcase. I was overwhelmed by the response I received and sadly had to turn down some orders to keep up. My newly found passion grew by the day. Influenced by rich tradition of French and British baking recipes and techniques I was able to master the art. I believe to get the best product you must only use the best
