Autumn is slowly settling in, and we welcome it with a seasonal brew:

YOU ARE COMPOSTABLE- 6.5% BOCK BIER

Caramelized malts, bread crust, delicate noble hops all in a full bodied, amber liquid.

80% of this batch is going to our Dutch partners Multi Bier , who we thank for the support and the opportunity to brew something new.

ARAMA PE FAȚĂ - 11% single barrel bourbon (St. Augustine Distillery ) barrel aged barleywine

Sometimes no adjuncts are needed. An intense oak presence emphasizes the base barleywine’s flavors: raisins, to***co, vanilla.

LUNA VECHE - 14% Bourbon BA Traditional Mead

A Transylvanian collaboration with FoolMoonTransilvania, this mead is crafted from pure linden honey from our land. Dry aged for 1 year, then aged in a bourbon barrel for another year, this brings up a lot to the table - oak, linden, integrated vanilla from the bourbon and smooth booze.

More of these to come.

Mad Scientist sörfőzde | brewery in the house, as captured by an analog-ish camera.

A collab that was long time coming, and that brings both breweries into new territory: a baltic porter.

Of course some will rest in various barrels.

Catch them tonight at The Brewhouse
