New entry in our single origin coffee imperial stouts:

Coffee Series - El Salvador

Roasted by .coffee , this bean was processed via carbonic maceration and it’s intensely fruity. Cold steeped for 18 hours, this gave a good acidity and depth to the base stout, with a touch of ripe cherry and to***co.

Barrel - Chattanooga Tennessee Bourbon
Adjuncts - salted caramel ice cream soft serve, coconut cream, condensed milk

Volume 2:

Barrel - Still Austin Bourbon
Adjuncts - condensed milk, coconut cream, coffee (roasted by ) and dulce de leche

visited a couple of weeks ago.

We put together an old school beer, the likes of which we’ve never done so far.

LIBERO is a 5.5% west coast pale ale, and this batch is keg only. A tribute to a lost art in football, this was hopped with Nelson, Chinook and finished with Pineapple Express terpenes.

It’s crisp, dry, dank and utterly crushable. Makes us want to do lower AbV beers more often.

Impure Metal is our latest imperial stout.

Based on a more modern approach, this one was finished with to***co extract for a touch of intensity.

It’s sweet and indulgent, with leather, caramel and roasted grains taking the main role, while the to***co is a high/top note meant to bring a unique vibe to the base beer.

Pack 41’s 1st beer is:

MARANASATI - 11% Cognac BA imperial stout with raspberry and chocolate

A single barrel release, where the base has stayed in a barrel freshly emptied of a young Cognac. On top of an elegant barrel, the Peruvian cocoa nibs (Marahua, San Martin) add an intense fruity chocolate flavor, working in harmony with the touch of acidity brought by raspberry natural flavor.
