LUNA VECHE - 14% Bourbon BA Traditional Mead

A Transylvanian collaboration with FoolMoonTransilvania, this mead is crafted from pure linden honey from our land. Dry aged for 1 year, then aged in a bourbon barrel for another year, this brings up a lot to the table - oak, linden, integrated vanilla from the bourbon and smooth booze.

Another cognac single barrel release. The barrel was fresh and that reflects in the aged beer. Walnuts, apricot marmalade, caramelized to***co and maple syrup are among the things we find incorporated in the flavor.
