Some cheeses come with their own little wrapping story.
Banon AOP comes from Provence, France, where this soft goat’s cheese is traditionally wrapped in chestnut leaves. Creamy and delicate with a gentle tang and earthy, nutty notes, it’s the kind of cheese that asks for very little.

Except maybe a drizzle of honey and a rosemary cracker…

…the sweetness of the honey, the herbal crunch of the cracker, and the creamy cheese make a pretty perfect little bite. 🍯🌿
