My over fifteen years of culinary experience has taken me into a delicious and amazing discovery, from the refined French cuisine to the purity of the Japanese one. I enrolled at the International Cuisine School and I gained basic culinary education as Chef at some of the best fusion specific restaurants in Bucharest. The following years took me far into the Norwegian landscape, where I’ve dedicat

ed myself to the Japanese Culinary Art. With over ten years of Japanese cuisine culture experience, I’ve come to truly appreciate it’s amazing and healthy characteristics and day by day more enthusiastic about trying creative recipes and new tastes & flavors.
