We're not just busy with our spinach, goats, chickens and the yard.. in the bakery we are preparing for the Agraria. It's also for families a very nice event to visit (our kids love it to see huge tractors and there are kids activities as well!).

Hey hello! How are you doing? We are fine, enjoying the sunshine these days and so do our animals too. Finally some eggs (for ourselves!). It’s quiet here on our page. Just like the trees, we too have gone into an (online) winter hibernation — it’s cold this winter, isn’t it? As always, we also have a few projects we’re working on this year (as independently as possible), and we don’t yet know if — or how much — produce/harvest we’ll be able to sell. But don’t worry: if there’s anything for sale, you’ll of course hear from us.

And now? Back into our winter bubble. The wood needs to be restocked, the stoves turned on, the children will be home from school again soon, and our youngest will probably wake up any moment now. Take good care of yourself and your surroundings. Much love from Palatca!
