أقمنا في الشهر الماضي ورشة عمل تطبيقية حصرية في جدة بالتعاون مع ICAM وبمشاركة الشيف العالمي جيانكارلو ألوزا.
استكشف المشاركون فيها فن الشوكولاتة الفاخرة، وتعرّفوا على تقنيات مبتكرة ارتقت بمهاراتهم وإبداعاتهم في مجال الحلويات.

نعتز بدعم مجتمع الطهاة المحترفين في السعودية،
ويسعدنا تقديم فعاليات أكثر إلهامًا بالتعاون مع ICAM قريبًا.

Last month, we hosted an exclusive hands-on workshop in Jeddah in collaboration with ICAM and Master Chef Giancarlo Alosa.

Participants explored the art of fine chocolate, learned innovative techniques, and elevated their professional skills.

We’re proud to bring world-class chocolate expertise to the Saudi culinary community and we look forward to more inspiring events with ICAM soon.
