Turning Allora Beach into the best beach club in Sharm ā€” Episode 38.

We started the day talking with one of our regular customer. He wants to organise a big party at the end of the month, and aftwr decide the menu and a quick calculation of the food cost, it looks like weā€™ve reached an agreement.

Then I kept working on some new dish for Halloween and I let a few guests try them, and the feedback was very positive.

Then a customer asked me to put pineapple on a pizza. But I stayed calmā€¦ and fixed the problem.

Yes, it finally rained. The problem is, it rained mud. Even though we tried to cover everything the night before, Saturday was a disaster. Everything was dirty, so we had to run around like headless chickens to clean the whole venue, with the inevitable stress. But in the end, we managed to get everything ready on time.

I know, the struggle is real. Anyway, weā€™re working on some new dishes for our Halloween special, and we recently teamed up with a tour company thatā€™s been bringing quite a few guests to our Wednesday sunset party. This was our busiest Wednesday so farā€”it almost felt like a Saturday night!

Yes, thatā€™s me at and this is the brand-new freezer they sold me that didnā€™t work.
I kindly sent a them a message to resolve this problem šŸ˜„

Plus, Chef Ayman and Chef Mustafa left, along with a few waiters, so weā€™re currently understaffed. šŸ˜’

But that wonā€™t stop us from doing our Saturday night party. šŸ”„

I hope that they will send me a new freezer before I will ā˜ ļø someone šŸ§˜šŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

We start introducing some of the characters, like Chef Pier and Taha, and you can already clearly see that Pier is stressedā€¦ and pretty pi**ed off with the front of house. šŸ˜‚

And for some reason, whenever something goes wrong, it always seems to happen at table 26. šŸ˜‚

Episode 33 of Turning into the Best Beach Club in Sharm.

As I was saying, my mom came to visitā€”and to check whether weā€™re really turning Allora into the best beach club in Sharm. Everyone was happy to see her, especially Toto.

She tried the food and liked it. Thank God, we passed Momā€™s food inspection.

Of course, she couldnā€™t leave without exPieriencing one of our Saturday nights. So she stayed and enjoyed it with us.
