Double drop today at Systembolaget!
(If We Were) Stars, a double dry hopped hazy double IPA clocking in at 8% ABV.
It has been way too long since we last brewed a DIPA, and now the stars (pun intended) aligned perfectly to brew a new one.
Brewed as a collaboration with the fantastic synthpop band Solitary Experiments from Germany where the lead singer Dennis is a huge lover of craft beer.
A true collaboration in every way that was incredibly fun to produce together.

Hopped in whirlpool with Nelson Sauvin Spectrum and Riwaka, then double dryhopped with Peacharine, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Hop Kief and Motueka Hop Kief to boost it to the max.
Batch 300, a double dry hopped hazy IPA clocking in at 7% ABV.
Wow it feels like it was yesterday that we dropped Batch 200 but everything is speeding up at the brewhouse so it was already time for the next celebratory batch of beer 😀
Massively hopped with Manalita, Citra Lupomax, NZ Cascade and Riwaka. We used our updated water profile and a tweaked malt base. Super smooth and tropical with aromas and flavors of mangoes, stone fruits and tropical fruits. But what about the mouthfeel you say? Imagine if cream was a beer ❤️
