Chai vs Chai Latte: a very debatable topic especially as a South Asian or even a hardcore chai lover so to say.
We want you to try CHAI not because we don't like chai lattes but we hate the idea of chai being misinterpreted as a overly sweetened drink. It's clearly so much more.
With that being said, we're not against of you having chai latte(you do you) but just know that CHAI and CHAI LATTE are two very different things!☕

Chai is a bold and spicy flavour bomb. It's not a bland oversweetened milk drink.
Chai is the drink loved across continents, age and cultural boundaries. A drink for the bold, feisty and unapologetic.

A couple of years ago, I Pallav started Silk Route because I was tired of the bland versions of chai that dominated the European market.

Today, Silk Route is a small team of chai lovers, putting all our blood, sweat and tears into giving you an easy and accessible chai product with bold and authentic taste.

We want a chai renaissance, where authentic chai is sold in every grocery store and cafe so everyone get to enjoy Indian chai.

We spent years experimenting and perfecting our recipes to bring Silk Route chai alive. A product that we produce here in Sweden without preservatives ans only with ingredients of high quality.

Yesterday was amazing!!!
Thank you, Fontana Food , for having us be a part of your Gårdsbutik in Tyresö alongside some wonderful fellow business owners. We're so grateful to connect with so many inspiring and passionate people. As a small business, we live for these connections.

6 hours of continuous queue, 30+ nationalities, 500+ cups, being sold out on almost everything we had: chai, lassi, samosas, this is the outcome of the love y’all have poured into us! We’re so glad to have participated, and so grateful that you all came, bought our chai, asked us about our products, and showed the enthusiasm over this beautiful drink that comes from India.
This was 10th year of Namaste Stockholm, and the biggest one so far, and we could really feel the energy in the crowd and on stage.
Thank you for believing in us, we will continue to push for high quality chai in Sweden and in Europe🤎
