If you have followed us long enough, you’d know that I almost always stay away from any cheese dessert or frosting variations. But this cheesecake, created for an Aunt’s birthday celebration, deserved a permanent spot on our menu. It’s a lot sweeter, especially if they come from family and friends, because God knows they’re definitely more honest, no-nonsense. If I could make something with my eyes closed, it would be this Sugared Tahini Banana Cake. Tahini is a staple item in our home pantry. It is rich, creamy and slightly earthy. This is not your regular banana bread, but still very delicious! Not bringing this for SSB 2.0 but they are available on my website if you’d like one! 😋
