Our story began in 1949 when our founder Gan Koon Tek established a small grocery store in Singapore’s Little India district. More than seven decades later, Gan Hup Lee has grown to become one of Singapore’s largest and most highly regarded importers and suppliers of rice, oil and sugar. We pride ourselves on being an important partner and supplier to our customers. We are proud to be a key partne

r to institutions such as SATS, ISS, Resorts World Sentosa and NTUC Foodfare. We are also proud to work with many of Singapore’s most beloved F&B brands, such as Wee Nam Kee Chicken Rice, Sushi Express and Elsie’s Kitchen. We believe in playing our part in nation building and giving back to the community. We are a partner in the nation’s strategic food reserves, and we commit two thirds of our rice imports to the national rice stockpiling programme. At Gan Hup Lee, we believe that adding value to our customers’ business increases our own worth.
