At Ami Patisserie, pastry transcends dessert—reimagined as a form of fine dining. Each creation reflects precision, balance, and seasonality, with a thoughtful interplay of sweets and savouries showcasing Japanese and European ingredients at their prime.
For this evening, we present an 8-course, pastry-led tasting menu, specially crafted for the occasion and paired with Grand Cru Champagne Collery from Aÿ. A refined dialogue of structure, acidity, and finesse—where pastry and Champagne elevate one another through precise pairing.
