Every year on 14 July, France celebrates Bastille Day, officially known as La Fête Nationale—a day that honours liberty, unity, and the rich heritage of France.
To mark the occasion, I’m raising a glass of Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru from Aÿ, Champagne. Crafted from 100% Pinot Noir and aged for six years on the lees, it offers generous notes of ripe red apple, pear, and honey. On the palate, it is elegant and expressive, with fine minerality and a long, refined finish.
Elegant, expressive and full of character—the perfect Champagne for today’s celebration.
How are you celebrating, and what will be in your glass?
