Meet Chef Ethan 👨‍🍳

Behind every well-run kitchen is a rhythm built through experience — knowing when to step in, when to guide, and how to keep a team moving together. With over 17 years across restaurants, cafés and catering, Chef Ethan has built that rhythm through years of working in fast-paced professional kitchens.

Today, as Group Head Chef – Cafeteria Operations, he brings that experience into workplace dining while helping teams grow along the way. For Chef Ethan, the kitchen is not just about getting food out — it’s about developing people, maintaining standards and creating an environment where good work can happen. 👏

Following our last cafeteria opening, we’re proud to have successfully opened another Curate Kitchen cafeteria! 🧡

Every opening takes months of planning, coordination and teamwork to bring the space and dining experience to life.

More than a sign of growth, each new cafeteria is another opportunity for us to create a welcoming space where people can enjoy good food and connect throughout the workday.

Another milestone for Curate Kitchen! 🎉

We’re proud to share the opening of our latest workplace cafeteria in Singapore, bringing another workplace dining experience to life.

From the preparations behind the scenes to seeing the space filled with food, people and the energy, it was rewarding to watch everything come together.

And while opening day marked an exciting milestone, it was only the beginning.
