"𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵'𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵?" is pretty much the answer we get 99% of the time when we tell our regulars about our Wu Xiang Platter; so today, we're all gonna find out together.

To keep it simple, Wu Xiang (五香) literally translates as 'five-spice', a seasoning blend that we're sure some of you may have seen in supermarkets or perhaps even familiar with. As a platter, Wuxiang platter is sort of like the Chinese answer to Indian rojak, and often features a variety of deep-fried savoury bites seasoned with this blend. There's no fixed set of components to make up an Wu Xiang Platter- although, it usually includes some variation of beancurd rolls, fritters, and anything well-fried and/or utterly crispy.

And because it's the holiday season, we thought this might be the perfect time for us to share more about our Wu Xiang Platter with you - because not only is this made for sharing, it’s actually the best way to bring people together - over good food.
