Here are our top picks for Christmas:
Km12 Gin - bursting with fresh pine and other botanicals from Québec’s boreal forest, it’s literally Christmas in a bottle! Try it in a mulled wine cocktail or a refreshing highball to kickstart your festivities.
Cirka Gin Sauvage - a more floral take on the boreal forest, this gin is packed with 33 botanicals, including elderflower, lavender, honeysuckle, bergamot, and mint. You even get creamy chocolate notes when paired with tonic! Equally great in a Negroni or citrus cocktails like the Gimlet or Southside!
St. Laurent Acerum - if you haven’t tried it yet, this is a great time to do it! Distilled from 100% pure Québec maple sap, then aged in new and old American oak casks. It reminds us of a single malt but with beautiful maple notes. A fantastic autumnal drink - neat or on the rocks.
Cirka Whisky - Only 4 bottles left! This is a 100% rye whisky made from Quebec rye and German chocolate malted rye and finished in 30 year old sherry Oloroso casks. Non-chill filtered and no added colour. Hints of cocoa, prune, toffee and hazelnut. Nice long finish, with warm spice notes and caramel.
