🧠 WHICH BRAIN ARE YOU ROUND 2 🧠
Brewing Left Brain and Right Brain with the incredible was a milestone for us this year. Not just because the beers were delicious but because of everything we learned along the way and how warmly you received them. That support truly meant the world to us. 🙏
So… we are bringing them back.
Every time we brew, we grow. 🌱
There are countless little decisions in the process: temperatures, timing, yeast health, dry hop strategy and so much more. We are learning how each one shapes the beer in its own way.
What makes this second run special?
🍺 Left Brain (West Coast IPA, 7.8% abv): We split the dry hop into two controlled stages, using different hop formats for each addition. The goal? To unlock a sharper, more expressive blend of citrus + pine: a beer that is clean, focused and assertively West Coast.
🍺 Right Brain (New England IPA, 7.8% abv): We used a different yeast strain to push tropical flavours even further. Brighter aroma, softer texture and all the juicy imagination you expect from a NEIPA.
🧠 Two halves of the same mind. Which side will you choose this time?
