Look forward to Chef’s signature house-made sauces paired with incredible produce to savour and tipples to sip for a well-rounded dining experience in his newly launched menus this September.

Among the highlights are housemade hot sauce, a meticulous creation that undergoes a two-week double fermentation process, as well as Chef ’s innovative take on hoisin sauce, featuring rich seafood elements and handcrafted cashew butter, elegantly finished with seasonal truffle and a hint of yuzu zest.

The Singapore Grand Prix was an event to remember, and we’re beyond grateful for the incredible support! Tonito’s booth was buzzing with energy, and the queues were absolutely insane! Thank you to all the F1 fans who patiently waited and made it such a fantastic experience. We were thrilled to share our Latin American flavours with so many of you, and it was an absolute blast seeing the love for our food!

A massive shoutout to our hardworking team for keeping up with the pace and serving delicious dishes throughout the weekend. We can’t wait to see you all back at Tonito soon for more vibrant flavours!
