Our Rasmalai Cake is the ultimate fusion treat. We’ve taken the soft, airy layers of a vanilla sponge and soaked them in saffron-infused ras (creamy milk), layered them with cardamom whipped cream, and topped it all off with crunchy pistachios and dried rose petals.
