September’s edition of VOYAGE Gourmet Experiences is held at Jiak Kim House!

Set within a beautifully restored 1920s conservation warehouse along the Singapore River, Jiak Kim House celebrates Singapore’s rich culinary heritage through a contemporary Asian lens.

Helmed by Chef-Partner Seow Tzi Qin, the restaurant presents a thoughtfully curated 7-course menu that draws inspiration from the diverse flavours and cultures that have shaped the nation. Signature creations include Otak Chawanmushi, chilled Crab & Jellyfish, Challans Duck 2 ways, Beef Tongue to Tail and Chocolate Sh*take.

Blending tradition with innovation, Jiak Kim House offers a dining experience that honours Singapore’s past while embracing its evolving culinary identity.
