Dua-Ki Ngohhiong is your usual traditional one with salty edges, it is 2 - 2.5 times of our crispy ngohhiong size, they are pan-fried to perfection in order to lock the meat juices in before vacuum-packing it. Usually elderly in our house would prefer them! 🧓👵

Crispy ngohhiong has a super crispy tempura/gyoza-like skin along with its bite size body to allow you to snack on it easily! Easily pop them into the airfryer even if you are not well-verse in cooking and you would still get it crispy AF! One and only in Singapore🤫
