Baked a burnt Bandung cheese, beetroot Nasi Lemak and chicken patty burgers for my family get together . Surprisingly I can taste the Bandung taste. The beetroot Nasi Lemak has a sweet after taste and is aromatic. I’m still learning how to cook.

My first time trying traditional Turkish food in JB. The sweet dessert looks exquisite accompanied by Turkish coffee. Not used to drinking Turkish coffee as it was added with a touch of cardoman. Overall a good experience. The bread is soft and goes well with humus and vegetarian dish. Interesting.
