Palak Raita
- Palak (spinach): 1/2 bunch
- Yogurt: 3 spoons
- Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
- Pepper: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp

For tadka:
- Mustard seeds
- Cumin seeds
- Green chilies
- Hing (asafoetida)

Method:
1. Boil and blanche the palak, then chop it.
2. Add chopped palak to yogurt and mix in the powders (cumin, pepper, salt, sugar).
3. Prepare tadka with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilies, and hing.
4. Add tadka to the yogurt mix and enjoy
