Still amazed at how these pieces of paper can turn into such a sturdy, functional, and environmentally responsible booth for HICE 2026.

The whole booth was designed to be practical, modular, reusable, and environmentally friendly. From the walls and structure to the counters and display areas, almost everything is made from corrugated paper.

Once the show is over, it takes almost no time to knock everything down, pack it flat, and save it for our next show. And because everything is modular, if any part gets damaged, we don’t need to replace the whole booth — we can simply order that specific part again.

Less waste, lower cost, easier logistics, and most importantly, a booth that isn’t designed to be used once and thrown away.

It’s also pretty much in line with what we believe in as a company — practical solutions, smart design, less waste, and making things work better without overcomplicating them.

I really like the idea that sustainability doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it’s simply about designing something to be reused, repaired, and used again.

Honestly, paper is a lot more capable than it looks.

還是很驚訝，這些看起來只是普通的紙板，最後竟然可以變成這麼堅固、實用，而且環保的 HICE 2026 展位。

整個展位的設計都是以實用、模組化、可重複使用和環境友善為核心。從牆面、結構，到工作檯和展示區，幾乎都是用瓦楞紙製作。

展覽結束後，幾乎不需要花什麼時間，就可以把整個展位拆下來、平放收好，留到下一次展覽繼續使用。而且因為每個部分都是獨立模組，如果有任何零件損壞，也不需要重新製作整個展位，只要更換損壞的部分就可以了。

減少浪費、降低成本、方便運輸，更重要的是，讓這個展位可以一直重複使用，而不是用一次就丟掉。

這其實也很符合我們公司的理念——實用的解決方案、聰明的設計、更少的浪費，以及在不把事情複雜化的情況下，把事情做得更好。

我很喜歡這個概念——永續不一定要很複雜。有時候，只是把東西設計成可以重複使用、可以維修，而且可以一直用下去。

真的沒想到，紙板可以這麼能打。

Coffee is blurring the lines… in so many different ways.
If I show you a photo of a newer-style coffee shop and ask you to ignore the people in the picture, sometimes it’s hard to tell where in the world that coffee shop is.
Coffee has become a safe harbor when we’re abroad — a place where you can feel at home, speak a familiar language, and feel pretty sure that the person behind the counter knows what you want.
It’s also blurring the lines of how a coffee shop is used.
Coffee can be a place of solitude, where you sit quietly and focus yourself on the task ahead.
It can be a social space, where you come to gather, recharge your social energy, and spend time with friends.
And sometimes, it can even become a place for high-energy gatherings — almost like a party, where you let loose and release all the pent-up energy from the week.
We love this.
Because it means coffee is not stagnant.
It is growing.
It is evolving.
And we’ll keep growing and evolving alongside it.

咖啡，正在模糊界線……而且是在許多不同的面向。
如果我給你看一張新式咖啡店的照片，先不看照片裡的人，有時候真的很難分辨，這間咖啡店究竟來自世界上的哪個地方。
咖啡已經成為我們身處異鄉時的一個安全港灣——一個讓你感到熟悉、可以說著熟悉語言，也很確定吧台後的人知道你想要什麼的地方。
同時，它也正在模糊咖啡店「用途」的界線。
咖啡店可以是一個獨處的空間，讓你安靜下來，專注於接下來要完成的事情。
也可以是一個社交場所，讓你與朋友相聚、重新充電社交能量。
有時候，它甚至可以成為一個高能量的聚會場所——就像一場派對，讓你把一整個星期累積下來的情緒與壓力，一次釋放出來。
我們很喜歡這件事。
因為這代表咖啡並不是停滯不前的。
它正在成長。
它正在演變。
而我們，也會繼續與咖啡一起成長、一起演變。

We were very happy to be given the opportunity to speak at HICE 2026 – Hainan International Coffee Expo.

What made the experience especially meaningful was the topic we were invited to discuss: “Connecting China and ASEAN: Technology-Driven Collaboration in the Coffee Industry.”

It’s a topic that strongly resonates with what we believe at Innoroma.

We believe technology should make the coffee industry more accessible, practical and efficient — not simply add more complexity. From how coffee is roasted and evaluated to how technology can bring people closer to coffee at origin, we see opportunities to rethink how things are done and create better connections across the industry.

With the coffee industries in China and ASEAN developing so quickly, we believe there is tremendous potential for greater collaboration — connecting producers, technology, roasters and markets, and learning from each other along the way.

Thank you to HICE for giving us the opportunity to be part of this conversation. We’re grateful to share our perspective and, more importantly, to connect with so many people who are working toward the same goal of moving the coffee industry forward.

A topic very close to what we believe in at Innoroma.

這次讓我們特別有共鳴的，是受邀分享的主題：「連結中國與東盟，科技驅動咖啡產業協同發展」。

這個主題與 Innoroma 一直以來所相信的理念非常契合。

我們相信，科技應該讓咖啡產業變得更容易接觸、更實用、更有效率，而不是單純增加更多複雜性。從咖啡的烘焙與評測，到透過科技讓人們更接近產地的咖啡，我們一直在思考如何重新看待既有的方式，為產業創造更好的連結。

隨著中國與東盟的咖啡產業快速發展，我們相信雙方之間有非常大的合作空間——連結生產者、科技、烘焙商與市場，並在交流中彼此學習、共同成長。

感謝 HICE 給予我們參與這次交流的機會。能夠分享我們的觀點，更重要的是能與許多同樣希望推動咖啡產業向前發展的人交流，對我們而言非常有意義。

這是一個與 Innoroma 理念非常接近的主題。

HICE 2026 has come to an end, and what a show it has been!

Yes, this post is almost two weeks late. But there’s a good reason: we came back with more than 200 inquiries and have been busy getting back to everyone. We’re still working through them, but honestly, we couldn’t be happier!

We met many old friends and made plenty of new ones from all over the world, even as far as South America. We also connected with green coffee producers and roasted coffees from areas we had never tried before, some of which were absolutely wonderful. It proved our machines can be a great fit for coffee-growing regions, allowing farmers to quickly roast, sample and taste their own coffee right at the source — and reminded us how much there is still to discover in coffee.

Throughout the show, we received valuable feedback on how we should position and price our machines moving forward. We’ll take this seriously as we continue refining our products.

Our machines were also put through a serious test. Three out of four exceeded our expectations, roasting almost nonstop throughout the exhibition. The fourth eventually decided it had done enough work and gave up on us! But even that became a valuable experience, showing us what we can improve.
With our Roast2Brew Experience Bar, visitors could see the roasting process and enjoy freshly roasted coffee right at the booth. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, tasted our coffee, and shared your thoughts. Hopefully, you’ll take a machine home with you!

HICE 2026 圆满结束，真的是一场非常精彩的展会！

没错，这篇帖子晚了将近两周。但原因很简单：展会结束后，我们收到了超过 200 个咨询，目前还在努力回复大家。虽然很忙，但我们真的非常开心！

这次我们见到了许多老朋友，也认识了来自世界各地的新朋友，甚至还有来自南美的朋友。我们也与咖啡生豆生产商交流，并烘焙了一些以前从未尝试过的产区咖啡，其中一些真的非常棒。这也让我们进一步验证了一个想法：我们的机器非常适合咖啡产区，让咖啡农可以在产地直接快速烘焙、取样并品尝自己的咖啡，同时也让我们发现，咖啡的世界还有太多值得探索。

展会期间，我们收到了很多宝贵反馈，包括机器定位和定价方面的重要意见。我们会认真参考并继续改进产品。

我们的机器也经历了严苛的考验。四台机器中有三台超出了预期，几乎不停地工作。至于第四台……它觉得自己已经够努力了，于是决定罢工了！不过，这也让我们更清楚接下来需要改进的地方。

通过 Roast2Brew Experience Bar，大家可以看到烘焙过程，也能在展位直接喝到新鲜烘焙的咖啡。希望大家和我们一样享受这次体验。

We’re bringing more than just our equipment — we’re bringing freshly roasted coffee, our passion for coffee, and the Roast2Brew experience with us.

It’s always exciting to pack up, hit the road, and take what we’ve been working on to a new place. This time, we’re bringing fresh roast coffee all the way to Haikou.

We can’t wait to meet fellow coffee lovers, industry friends, and everyone who wants to discover what we’re doing.

As the Hainan International Coffee Expo draws near, we'd like to share the thinking behind the booth we'll be presenting this year.

The vision for the iNNOROMA Smart Roaster began long before the machine itself. It grew from our early experience in the F&B industry, where we saw firsthand how much waste is generated every day. We believed there had to be a better way.

Waste isn't just about what ends up in the bin. It can also lead businesses to stretch their ingredients beyond their best condition in an effort to reduce losses, ultimately compromising the quality served to customers. We believe sustainability should never come at the expense of quality.

That belief has shaped not only our Smart Roaster, but also the way we designed our exhibition booth.

This year's booth is built using reusable and recyclable materials, allowing it to be used again at future exhibitions while minimizing its environmental impact at the end of its lifecycle. It's a small step, but one that reflects our commitment to building a more sustainable coffee industry.

More importantly, our booth is designed to offer a complete Roast2Brew Experience. Visitors can roast coffee with the iNNOROMA Smart Roaster and immediately enjoy the very coffee they've just created through our dedicated brewing stations.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to Hainan and sharing not only our technology, but also the philosophy behind it.

Medan is a city best known for its durian, the gateway to Lake Toba, and its deeply rooted coffee culture.

It is also a city we proudly consider home, as this is where our coffee journey first began.

While Medan is Indonesia's third or fourth largest city, depending on how it's measured, it is not always the first place people think of when it comes to coffee events. Known as one of the country's major hubs for crude palm oil, coffee, and other agricultural exports, the city has long been connected to coffee in more ways than one.

That is why it was such a pleasant surprise to see a dedicated coffee expo held here, with the Indonesia Brewers Cup Region 3 Championship taking place at ICX 2026 Medan.

The event may not have been the largest, but everyone who matters was there. Specialty coffee roasters from across the region, equipment suppliers, green coffee traders, and coffee professionals all gathered under one roof. The enthusiasm was undeniable. Parking was difficult to find, the venue was full throughout the day, and the energy reflected just how vibrant Medan's coffee community truly is.

Congratulations to the champion of the Indonesia Brewers Cup Region 3. We wish you the very best as you go on to represent us at the national competition.

We hope to see more events like this in the future, and perhaps next time, we can take part in an even more meaningful way than simply visiting.

棉蘭是一座以榴槤、通往多巴湖的門戶，以及深厚咖啡文化而聞名的城市。

對我們而言，這更是一座充滿意義的城市，因為我們的咖啡旅程正是從這裡開始。

雖然棉蘭是印尼第三或第四大城市（依不同統計方式而定），但它並不總是人們首先想到的咖啡活動城市。作為印尼重要的棕櫚油、咖啡及其他農產品出口中心，棉蘭與咖啡一直有著深厚的連結。

因此，能夠在這裡看到一場專業的咖啡展，並舉辦 ICX 2026 棉蘭站暨 Indonesia Brewers Cup 第三賽區選拔賽，令人感到格外驚喜。

活動規模或許不是最大的，但所有重要的咖啡產業人士都來了。來自各地的精品咖啡烘焙商、設備供應商、生豆貿易商，以及眾多咖啡專業人士齊聚一堂。現場氣氛十分熱烈，停車位一位難求，展場始終人潮滿滿，也充分展現了棉蘭咖啡社群的活力與凝聚力。

恭喜 Indonesia Brewers Cup 第三賽區冠軍，祝福您在全國總決賽中代表我們取得優異成績。

我們也期待未來能有更多這樣的活動，希望下一次，我們不只是到場參觀，而是能以更有價值的方式參與其中。
