Our beef graces the tables in the most iconic hotels and restaurants around the world. We source from small, family-owned farms. Our cattle are grass-fed, enjoying near year-round outdoor grazing as nature intended. Our master butchers select only the best, rejecting up to 90% of product before they’re satisfied. Our beef is then dry-aged to perfection and finally cut and portioned to world-class restaurant standards. We do this because we have a passion for fine dining.
