WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME BEERTENDER

We need help at the bar!!
Since this space is built around all of you, we’d love to find someone who already knows our vibe, and gets exactly what makes Locality feel different. If you love craft b**r, good conversation, and want to be that familiar face pouring pints for our regulars, we’d love to have you onboard.

⏱️ The Hours & Commitment
We are all about flexibility! We're ideally looking for a baseline commitment of either:
• 2 Full Days per week OR
• 1 Full Day + 2 Half Days per week
That said, hours can be more or less depending on your schedule—we are happy to stay flexible for the right fit. (We will just need you to be available on Fridays especially!).

📋 What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcome the Neighborhood: Keep the vibes warm and inviting, hang out with the crowd, share your b**r knowledge, and recommend the perfect pour.
• Hold Down the Fort: Handle opening/closing procedures and feel comfortable running the space independently.
• Keep things Neat: Maintain a clean and organized bar area so the space always feels welcoming.

✨ What We’re Looking For
• Someone who appreciates the Locality vibe and wants to help us protect and grow it.
• A reliable work ethic mixed with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• A genuine love for craft b**r
• Someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and building real relationships with the community.

Send us a DM with why this interests you and we'll contact you if we feel you're the right vibe!

We're not trying to reinvent the wheel with another singles mixer. We just want to give you an excuse to get off dating apps and into the bar with someone who actually want to show up (filtering out the "pro-swipers").

We provide the space, YOU set up the date.

Drinking b**r is compulsory because we believe that people do things together, stay together (and also because we are a bar and we want to make money too.. teeheehee...)

As we’re a small spot, we can't accommodate everyone. To ensure every pair has their own space we are limiting the number of signups.

If this is what people need, we'll open up our space for more of these!
