WE’RE HIRING: PART-TIME BEERTENDER
We need help at the bar!!
Since this space is built around all of you, we’d love to find someone who already knows our vibe, and gets exactly what makes Locality feel different. If you love craft beer, good conversation, and want to be that familiar face pouring pints for our regulars, we’d love to have you onboard.
⏱️ The Hours & Commitment
We are all about flexibility! We're ideally looking for a baseline commitment of either:
• 2 Full Days per week OR
• 1 Full Day + 2 Half Days per week
That said, hours can be more or less depending on your schedule—we are happy to stay flexible for the right fit. (We will just need you to be available on Fridays especially!).
📋 What You’ll Be Doing
• Welcome the Neighborhood: Keep the vibes warm and inviting, hang out with the crowd, share your beer knowledge, and recommend the perfect pour.
• Hold Down the Fort: Handle opening/closing procedures and feel comfortable running the space independently.
• Keep things Neat: Maintain a clean and organized bar area so the space always feels welcoming.
