🥃🥃🥃 Bravú is a gin, made under the traditional LONDON GIN scheme, it comes from a double distillation of a selection of alcohols based on cereals that have not been subjected to any genetic manipulation.

Distilled with different botanicals that constitute its special character. Based on the essential juniper and other botanicals from their geography, such as coriander and a special combination of 15 other botanicals and of course strawberries 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓

To refine its wild and Atlantic profile to a salty finish, macerating the mixture with seawater 🌊 from the Atlantic coast and rich in natural foods: A Costa da Morte, land of the European Finisterre.

The final result allows us to find a balanced gin with a marine and strawberry 🍓 aftertaste and without hiding its botanical base.

You can drink it Naturally or with soft bubble tonic 🥃

👃 : floral and balsamic aromas, fruity, softened by notes of vanilla from the oak ageing.
📝: on the palate, it’s very intense, with light bitter notes. A very exquisite aperitif.

This Vermouth Reserva is made of 24 botanicals from both Mediterranean and Alpine origin, such as gentian, wormwood, coriander, savoury, sage, marjoram, chamomile, elder, orange-tree bark.

Aged for 5 years in American oak casks, and its limited Production.

Cherubino Valsangiacomo winery have been producing wine since 1904, following the traditional formula of Benedetto Valsangiacomo, under the brand name “Vermouth Vittore”, in homage to the name of the founder of the winery in Switzerland.

The fifth generation of the family, decided to call it with their own surname “VERMUT VALSANGIACOMO RESERVA”.
The front label recovers a unique design and typeface from the beginning of the last century. On the back label it has captured something of their history with a photo of Benedetto Valsangiacomo together with the winery workers, a photograph that was taken around 1930 when they made vermouth in the old winery facilities in Grao de Valencia.

🍷 ALVIDES TERCERA GENERACION 2018 🍷

It is sourced from 75 year-old-vineyards on average. The vines are cordon-trained, planted on south, south-east facing slopes at an altitude of 840m. Exclusive production of 5,000 bottles, made only in exceptional years.

👃 Intense complex nose, with ripe red and black fruit, spice notes and chocolate as its main aromas.
📝 On the palate, it is very silky and mouth-filling, with sweet tannins that give structure to the wine. Bitterness and acidity are well balanced. A long lingering wine, which should be left developing in the glass before drinking. Ideal for after-meal conversations and to be enjoyed in good company.
🍽️ A perfect match with all kinds of red meat, game, haute cuisine, desserts.
❄️ 17ºC.
Ageing : 16 months in 225 litres new barrels (75% French oak, 25% American oak). Once bottled, the wine is aged in bottle for at least 12 months at a controlled temperature.

After several years of work on land, our beloved wines created by the master , Oenologist, Dr Antonio Palacios follow the process in pioneering artificial reef winery to become TREASURES.
