Strawberry sheera
While watching Kunal Vijayakar's show on YouTube, I saw a South Indian restaurant that had not only Pineapple Sheera but also Strawberry Sheera.
Currently, strawberries are abundant and beautiful here, so I immediately experimented with this recipe.
Ingredients
* 1 cup strawberry pulp
* 1 cup semolina (rava)
* 1 cup sugar
* 3 cups water
* Ghee
* Cardamom powder
Method
* First, roast the semolina and set it aside.
* In a pan, add ghee and cook the strawberry pulp. Once it seems cooked, add the sugar. Let the sugar dissolve. Then, add 3 cups of boiling water.
* Now, add the roasted semolina to this mixture. Stir well.
* Cover and let the sheera cook on a low flame.
* Once the sheera is ready, add cardamom powder and mix it in.
* It tastes more delicious when it cools down a bit rather than being eaten piping hot.
