We cordially invite you to an exclusive dinner tasting that celebrates the artistry, heritage, and craftsmanship of one of the finest young stars in the world of bubblies -- Champagne Sadi-Malot/ Malot Villiere, which is now helmed by Cindy Malot and her partner, Florian Villiere in the villages of Villers-Marmery, nestled within Montagne de Reims.

This intimate yet casual gathering will feature a carefully curated selection of the rarer and vintage champagnes crafted by the couple, a few of which are very minuscule in quantities and newly released in Singapore for the first time.

If you're into innovative champagne growers who push the boundaries of excellence, each of these pours will tell you a story of flavour, terroir, time, and the duo's relentless pursuit of excellence.

Join us for an evening where each sip is paired with the most delicious Teochew cuisine at San Shu Gong Private Dining. As this is more of a communal omakase experience, no food menu will be provided - just come and experience what we have in store for you! We will be pouring this lovely lovely drop of Blanc de Noirs by Champagne François Secondé this coming Vesak Day weekend at our Standing Sushi + Champagne Free-Flow session!

One of the most iconic wines from this sole independent winegrower in Sillery Grand Cru, we shall drink enough of these limited bottles to truly be acquainted with the beauty of this pure Pinot Noir. Someome has to, right? After all, what's life without some fun eh? 🙈

One of the yummilicious BLP pizzas that will be on 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚-𝙛𝙡𝙤𝙬 during the 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 of 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞 𝙙𝙚 𝙡𝙖 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙚 this coming 13 June afternoon - the vegetarian friendly "Like A Caprese" with roasted vine tomatoes, fresh basil, burrata and goat's milk feta.

We think this will be truly excellent with Chai de la Dive's Saumur Rosé made of 100% Cabernet Franc but who knows? Come join us for the party and experience the pairing for yourselves!

"This wine is beautifully balanced overall, with a clean citrus attack followed by butter, almond and toasty notes. The finish, delicate as lace, reveals immense depth. The clay terroir adds an iodized dimension, mingling with salted butter caramel, to***co and lime. The light, airy bubbles lift the wine, while a long finish of black pepper adds a lovely pep. A great champagne, a creator of emotions." - 𝗚𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁 & 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘂, 2026.

Not your ordinary Blanc de Blancs for sure as this was fermented and raised in egg amphoras made from the same white clay that the Chardonnay vines are grown in. A very holistic approach to winemaking and winegrowing, showcasing its unique terroirs through the lens and hands of Marie-Laure and her husband Alexandre at Champagne Marie Copinet.

One of those champagnes that will benefit from decanting given its youth. We prefer to let the wine breathe gently in the bottle while we sip on other wines so that we can witness its transformation in the glass eventually. Textural, precise yet generous with an unmistakable purity that can only come from respecting what nature gives you.

Introducing 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲 A brand new family owned wine project in the heart of the Loire Valley. Spearheaded by the Saumur supertar winemaker Romain Guiberteau, his children, and Brendan Stater-West, this project celebrates the power of the local winegrowing community. By sourcing extremely high-quality organic fruit from fellow growers, the team is producing fresh, pure and vibrant wines that tell the story of their unique terroir.

Unlike the site-specific and age-worthy domaine wines from Guiberteau, these young and juicy Chai de la Dive drops are meant to be drunk earlier, far more accessible and for us - the perfect SUMMER drinks to quench our thirst in this tropical climate!

To celebrate Chai de la Dive's inaugural release, we’re throwing a 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 to kick start our tropical summer here in Singapore!

A huge thank you to all who came to join us for the Sunday brunch featuring all the colours of Champagne Guiborat from Cramant Grand Cru!

It was lovely to see everyone, to break bread (croissant au beurre really) together, and to sip on all the lovely drops made by Karine & Richard.

Special thanks to the team at Bonjour Ma Cuisine for feeding us a most sumptuous French brunch and for catering to some of our dietary needs. Mille merci .
