Vincotto is derived from more than a century old recipe with the perfect blending of two local grape varieties, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. Grape musts (grape skins, seeds and juice) are boiled gently for 24 hours until volume reduced to 1/5. This syrup is found to be highly stable and thus No additives, No artificial colours or preservatives are added.
