A proper seared steak, sliced and finished with sauce, never gets old 🥩

Sadia Rump Cap Aged from MeatMen is marinated to soak up flavour, then seared hot and fast until browned on the outside and still juicy inside.

Here's how ⬇️

1️⃣ Marinate Sadia Rump Cap Aged for 1 hour.
2️⃣ Soak fermented black beans for 30 mins, then drain.
3️⃣ Mix cornflour, soy sauce, sugar and water for the sauce.
4️⃣ Sear the steaks 2-3 mins per side until browned, rest and set aside.
5️⃣ Stir-fry black beans, garlic and bell pepper for 1 min.
