Over three special evenings in March, we had the honour of partnering with OCBC to present an exclusive four-hands dining experience. Chef-Owner Nino Ferreri of one-Michelin-starred LIMU Restaurant, Italy, partnered with Valerio Pierantonelli, Chef de Cuisine of One-Ninety Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, to unveil a thoughtfully curated menu that reflected an elegant exchange of culinary perspectives, spotlighting contemporary Italian cuisine, seasonality, and craftsmanship. Diners were taken on a memorable journey defined by tradition, precision, and creativity.
