It started with a zest for life and a love of a good cocktail! In the 1980’s the Raffles Hotel, Singapore, a historical symbol of romance and keeper of life stories, approached a dynamic innovator and creator, H. Chow, to create the perfect Singapore Sling for them in order to achieve lasting consistency in their iconic drink. Always one to rise to an exciting challenge, he did just that. Experimenting with the subtle nuances of taste and texture for years, he finally perfected the drink’s signature taste and sophisticated finish that was true to the classic drink. Passionate and a perfectionist to the last, Chow had the cocktail mix bottled in Austria, using spirits and ingredients of the highest quality. Our maiden and flagship True Heritage Brew Singapore Sling® Original Mix was born...
THE NEXT STEP
But it doesn’t stop there…this was only the start of exciting times! True Heritage Brew Singapore Sling® Original Mix very quickly became a favourite. It was supplied to the Raffles Hotel, Singapore for nearly a decade; it was served in leading luxury hotels in Singapore such as the Shangri-La and Grand Copthorne; and Singapore’s national carrier Singapore Airlines carries it still. With his usual vim and vigour for life, Chow continued to create more cocktail mixes to be enjoyed by all. In keeping with our belief about life – that it is to be enjoyed in all its diversity and beauty – these mixes create, to perfection, all-time favourite cocktails from around the world.
