It’s summer truffle season! 🖤☀️
Head down to to try the “Scorzone” (Tuber aestivum) from : dark outside, pale inside, with delicate notes of woodland, fresh mushroom and hazelnut.
It sings on simple dishes: shave over olive-oil pasta, fold into scrambled eggs, finish risotto or dot on soft cheeses. Best when warmed gently so the aroma blossoms.
